Agreement Between User and Galaxy Cabz
By accessing and using the EV cab services provided by Galaxy Cabz, you agree

Galaxy Cabz provides electric vehicle cab services, allowing users to book
transportation services through our website
User Registration and Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of our
services. By registering, users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete
information and to update it as necessary
Booking and Payment
Users can book EV cab services through our platform. Payment details, including
fares, fees, and payment methods, are outlined in the payment section of our
website.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies and refund procedures are detailed on our website. Users
are responsible for reviewing and understanding these policies before making a
booking
User Responsibilities
Users agree to behave responsibly during the ride, adhere to all safety guidelines,
and treat drivers and other users with respect. Violation of these guidelines may
result in the termination of services. Users shall be responsible for the cost of
repair for damage to, or necessary cleaning of the vehicle (in case of excess ofnormal “wear and tear” damages and necessary cleaning. Galaxy Cabz reserves
the right to facilitate payment for the reasonable cost of such Repair or Cleaning.
This amount will be non-refundable.
Privacy Policy

By using our services, users consent to the terms outlined in the privacy policy.
Limitation of Liability
Galaxy Cabz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Galaxy Cabz shall not be liable for User missing trains/flights/events or delays
etc as the Service is dependent on many factors not in Galaxy Cabz’s control.
User must book the Ride after taking into account the check-in time, traffic and
weather conditions, political rallies, natural calamities, traffic barricades, car
breakdowns and other un-expected delays.
In the event, there is a delay by the Vehicle in reaching the pickup location beyond
10 (Ten) minutes of the pickup time, Galaxy Cabz shall only endeavour to get the User in touch with the Driver assigned for the Ride.
Galaxy Cabz shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Electronic Media, including damages caused by wrong usage
of the Electronic Media, error in call centre number, network issues, malware, viruses or any incorrectness or incompleteness of the information or the or
Application.
The user shall take full responsibility of his/her items and luggage. In case of lost
items inside the vehicle during the journey, Galaxy Cabz will try to locate the items on a “best-effort” basis but is not responsible for the same in case of loss or
damage to the same. If the user leaves any goods in the vehicle or have any complaint in respect of the services or the use of the vehicle, user shall have to
inform Galaxy Cabz of the same within 24 hours of using the vehicle or the services of Galaxy Cabz. If the items are found in the cab, Our team will communicate the further steps on how to retrieve the lost item.Galaxy Cabz does not assure a complete sustainability of its Service and shall not
be held responsible or liable for the same, in any manner.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials on our website are the intellectual property of Galaxy
Cabz. Users are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any content
without explicit permission.
Termination of Services
Galaxy Cabz reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any user for
violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary
